We are seeking a Client Success Specialist - Hospitality to manage a portfolio of hospitality clients and act as their strategic partner, providing insights to improve visibility and bookings, and ensuring campaigns are aligned with each property’s goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, hospitality, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in account management, hospitality marketing, or agency experience supporting hospitality clients
- Strong client-facing experience with confidence leading calls and presentations
- Experience analyzing marketing or campaign performance and providing recommendations
- Strong client-facing experience and communication skills
- Experience with a CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot) is preferred
- Experience with a project management tool (e.g., Asana) is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
