Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to reactivate dormant leads ensuring alignment with the company’s overall marketing objectives.
- Manage the journey orchestrations, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, automation, and performance analysis.
- Create engaging email & whatsapp content and design templates that resonate with our target audience.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Hubspot , providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Drive creative excellence to uplift the performance of campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continually refine and optimize our email marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in CRM management or related fields, with a strong track record of managing CRM systems.
- Proven experience in developing and executing CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and retention.
- Deep understanding of CRM software and tools, with a preference for Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to present strategic insights to stakeholders effectively.
