The Oracle Applications Business Systems Analyst has a specialization in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Field Service Cloud, Oracle SCM, OIC) and experience in Agile product ownership. This role will not only be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes using Oracle Fusion Cloud but also serve as the Agile “Product Owner”, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage the product backlog. This role works closely with clients to understand their business needs and align Oracle applications features and functions to support those needs. This individual will also work closely with the development team to ensure that these third party managed applications are successfully integrated with internally developed applications and meet the business requirements of our clients.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Requirements Gathering and Business Process Analysis
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
System Integration
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications with existing systems and third-party applications
Document technical requirements for interfaces and data migrations as needed
Testing and Quality Assurance
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions
Collaborate with end-users to conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Documentation
Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user guides
Maintain up-to-date documentation for system configurations, customizations, and integrations
Training and Support
Provide training to end-users on Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and new features
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to address issues and enhance user satisfaction
Agile Product Ownership
Act as the Agile Product Owner, representing business stakeholders and managing the product backlog
Prioritize features, epics, and user stories based on business value and strategic goals
Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions
Continuous Improvement
Stay current on Oracle Fusion Cloud updates, patches, and new features
Propose and implement enhancements to optimize the performance and functionality of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
Develop and maintain positive and successful relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud application.
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, configurations, and integrations
Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, including but not limited to ERP, CRM, HRIS, and BI tools.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Office setting. Sitting or standing at a workstation with a computer keyboard, multiple monitors, and desk phone. The company dress code is business casual.
Position type and expected hours of work:
This position may to work at the company’s home office or remotely during the company’s general business hours of 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday. Break periods and a lunch period are provided. This position may be required to perform work duties in addition to the above business hours, depending on workload and deadlines.
