As a Marketing Manager at Interapt, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, driving engagement, and expanding our reach in the enterprise tech apprenticeship market. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services, establish thought leadership, and drive business growth.
- Create compelling content marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, and more, to showcase Interapt's expertise and value proposition.
- Manage Interapt's presence on LinkedIn and other social media platforms, engaging with our audience, and fostering meaningful connections with key stakeholders.
- Develop thought leadership initiatives, such as industry insights, research reports, and media articles, to position Interapt as a trusted authority in the technology space.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support lead generation efforts and drive marketing-qualified leads through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and enhance Interapt's market positioning.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content marketing, social media management, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the technology industry.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, social media management platforms, and analytics software
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
