- Manage day-to-day due diligence activities for active acquisitions, following established processes and procedures
- Act as the day-to-day, full-time project manager on M&A / Operational Due Diligence projects to help ensure successful acquisition and post-closing operational integration
- Maintain due diligence trackers, timelines, and document request lists
- Provide project management and process oversight of internal and target company work teams throughout the project lifecycle and serve as the primary team interface with various levels of executives and team members
- Attend internal diligence calls, record action items, and ensure follow-up
- Communicate with sellers, provider groups, and third parties to obtain required diligence documents
- Lead the preparation of due diligence reports to present to investment committee, by coordinating with department leaders and subject matter experts
- Escalate issues, delays, or gaps in information to the General Counsel or other designated leaders
- Experience organizing, overseeing, and conducting due diligence processes on acquisition target businesses
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university
- Superior organizational skills, with analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to understand how due diligence processes and decisions impact acquisition processes, operating model design / execution across operations, technology, risk governance, and organizational design
- Competence to perform in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects in process at once, and the ability to stay organized and deadline focused when completing tasks.
- Ability to problem solve with colleagues when a complex situation arises, and follow-up with tasks until fully complete
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external stakeholders

This is a temporary assignment focused on maintaining and executing established M&A due diligence processes during an active acquisition pipeline.
