The company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel – Practice Operations to serve as the primary legal partner for day-to-day operational issues across their affiliated medical practices.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 6–8+ years of legal experience, preferably including in-house work with a multistate MSO, PPM, or other multisite healthcare services organization
- Strong foundation in employment law, operational contracting, and litigation management
- Experience advising doctors, clinical teams, or healthcare operations is strongly preferred
- Exposure to healthcare regulatory or compliance matters (Stark, Anti-Kickback, HIPAA, licensure issues) is a plus but not required
