Integra Partners is a leading healthcare network management company dedicated to simplifying the complexities of Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS). For health plans, navigating the DMEPOS landscape can be a significant challenge, often leading to administrative burdens and inefficiencies. We address this by offering a streamlined, single point of contact for managing these benefits. Our customers, which include over 60 health plans, face the constant pressure to reduce costs while improving member satisfaction. Integra Partners provides a solution that has been shown to lower overall DMEPOS medical and administrative costs by up to 25%. We achieve this by leveraging our extensive, credentialed network of over 4,000 provider locations, ensuring that members have access to high-quality, local care when they need it. This focus on community-based care is central to our mission of improving the quality of life for the communities we serve.

For DMEPOS providers, the challenges often revolve around managing relationships with multiple payers, which can be complex and time-consuming. We simplify this by allowing providers to contract with a single entity to service a wide range of health plans and their members. This not only provides greater access to patients but also significantly improves the revenue cycle, with a days sales outstanding (DSO) up to 50% better than the industry average. We understand that providers are on the front lines of healthcare, and our goal is to reduce their administrative workload so they can focus on what they do best: delivering excellent patient care. By reimagining access to in-home healthcare and focusing on transparency, accountability, and adaptability, we help deliver better health outcomes and more efficient management of complex healthcare benefits for everyone involved – the payer, the provider, and most importantly, the member.
