Established on 12 July 1990, we are a premier, not-for-profit, apex association of corporate directors in India. Our journey began with a clear mission: to enhance the professional competence of directors and to champion the principles of sound corporate governance. Over the past three decades, we have grown significantly, now associating with over 31,000 senior executives from government bodies, public sector undertakings, and private organizations across India and internationally.
