Dynamics F&CSM Consultant

What You’ll Do

• Configure and optimize D365 Finance & Supply Chain modules to meet global business needs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Client Services, Fulfilment, and Procurement teams to design and deliver solutions.
• Review and enhance existing D365 functionality, driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with the Enterprise Architect and I&I Hub Manager to validate designs and roadmap changes.
• Stay ahead of Microsoft release waves, identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Build internal capability through training and knowledge sharing.
• Champion Data Governance, Security by Design, and Change Management principles.
• Promote legendary customer service and the adoption of Dynamics 365 across Insights.

What You’re Great At

• Deep expertise in D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management modules.
• Proven track record of successful Dynamics 365 implementations in global organizations.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Qualified Accountant (or equivalent experience).
• Microsoft Certified Functional Consultant (Finance & SCM).
• Solid understanding of solution architecture, SDLC, and information security.

Are you passionate about driving process efficiency and delivering best-in-class solutions? At Insights, we’ve implemented Dynamics 365 (CE, Dual Write, and F&SCM) as our CRM and ERP platform and are continuing its rollout across our global offices.

As our D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our Dynamics 365 instance supports and enhances Finance, Client Services, Fulfilment, and Procurement processes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and Microsoft to maximize our investment and create exceptional customer experiences.
