We are currently seeking an SAP Instructional Designer for our client in the Consumer Goods industry. This position requires a passionate self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment, pay attention to detail, contribute to conceptual discussions and decisions, thrive working in both independently and in a team environment, as well as the ability to set timelines and estimate the work required to complete a task.
This role is remote. The base rate range for this position is typically $45-$50/hr with additional benefits available. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the design and development of SAP training materials.
What You’ll Need To Succeed:
- SAP training experience in one or more of the following SAP workstreams / modules: PTP, QM, STP, FP&A, MES, RTR, ME, OTC, WM, Avena, Ariba.
- Professional Services / Big 4 consulting experience a plus.
- Proven ability to develop engaging and effective training curriculum to provide essential knowledge and enhance user adoption.
- 3+ years of experience with major ERP systems.
- Minimum of 2 years experience with various modules of SAP.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of Instructional Design Theory and Adult Learning Principles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure with multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
