Business Insider seeks a Manager, Customer Success in New York, NY to: actively coach a team of Customer Success Managers; Manage international/global clients; Partner with Account Management team; collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to solve business problems; Work closely with the organization’s Senior Leadership on multi-functional and cross-departmental projects identifying areas of opportunity where teams can partner together to deliver a better client experience; Partner with Sales Operations & Marketing to create and distribute customer satisfaction surveys amongst other projects that will help to drive feedback and accurate reading on health score; Foster innovation within the team by sharing new ways clients can use to advance their digital strategy, Use engagement metrics to bucket accounts into categories (growth, risk, etc), Develop and execute strategies to address each; Teach CSMs to build relationships, deliver value, extend empathy and resolve issues.
