Weโre looking for a Recruitment Specialist that will help Insense find the best talent for our increasingly growing Global Remote team! Along with your teammates in the Talent department, you will take part in the full recruitment cycle of candidates across LATAM & EU.
๐This role is Part-time and fully remote. Work is async but we require availability to connect with the team between 9 am to 1 pm EST.
๐ You will:
- Support the recruitment process end-to-end, including drafting and posting job ads and sourcing candidates based on defined requirements.
- Build the talent pool for volume roles
- Conduct initial screenings to assess basic fit, English level, and availability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and heads of department.
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the process, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience.
- Assist with initial assessments, follow-ups, and reachouts to keep the pipeline active and organized.
- Make sure our ATS databases and candidate details are up to date and easily accessible;
- Run pre-onboarding activities with future hires, including personal data collection, background checks and onboarding preparation in partnership with hiring managers.
- Work according to the EST timezone.
- Update weekly recruitment reports, keeping pipelines and metrics organized. Must be comfortable using Excel, including creating simple graphs and visual summaries.

- 2-3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment roles.
- Strong analytical mindset, with comfort using Excel to create basic graphs and reports.
- Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage talent.
- Ability to interpret job descriptions and match candidate profiles accordingly.
- Good level of English for written and verbal communication.
- Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow in the recruitment field.
- Exposure to international environments, whether through studies, work, or travel, and is aware of cultural sensitivities and able to adapt communication styles accordingly.
- Availability for part-time freelance work (up to 20 hrs per week)
