- Contribute to technical solution design, ensuring effective use and reuse of existing components.
- Define, document, and maintain requirements by providing technical insights, conducting analyses, and identifying key factors influencing project delivery.
- Understand system architecture and product capabilities to assess the feasibility of client requests and guide solution decisions.
- Optimize architectures of existing services and system integrations; proactively shape architectural design across teams.
- Lead mid‑ and large‑scale technology projects, defining technical strategy, solution approach, roadmap, budgeting, and execution oversight. Support teams in estimating effort, applying best practices, and providing tools that improve planning accuracy.
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery, communicate project status, and advise on technology options.
- Identify and manage project risks, technical dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies; cooperate closely with PMs and TPMs on sizing project impact.
- Ensure prioritization of high‑impact problems and contribute data‑driven insights (qualitative and quantitative) to inform decision-making.
Essential skills and attributes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
- 3+ previous proven project leadership experience.
- 3+ years of related work experience in IT technologies.
- Demonstrated understanding of program and project management principles, tools, and techniques, including business case development, ROI analysis, planning, and issues management.
- Understanding and experience in different project management methodologies (waterfall, Agile, etc).
- Takes ownership and follows through on tasks; drives decisions; result-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with negotiation and influencing.
- Advanced English and Polish for verbal and written communication are a must.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability for business travel to group sites, including the UK, France, and Spain.
