Data and AI Principal Trainer

Inova Data and AI Development is looking for a dedicated Data and AI Principal Trainer to join the Team. This remote role will be full-time working day-shift Monday – Friday. The Data and AI Principal Trainer develops and maintains curriculum and training materials throughout implementation, computer system upgrades and optimization.

Requirements

• Develop, design, and maintain enterprise data literacy, analytics, and AI training materials and curricula aligned to defined learning objectives and enterprise standards.
• Deliver engaging, learner-centered in-person and virtual training sessions using facilitation techniques that promote interaction, understanding, and real-world application.
• Translate complex data, analytics, and AI concepts into clear, accessible language for learners with varying levels of data literacy.
