United States onlyINNERGY is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to serve as a hands on, strategic legal partner to our executive leadership team, with a primary focus on employment law, commercial and vendor contracting, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property process development.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active bar membership.
- 7–10+ years of progressive legal experience, ideally a blend of law firm and in-house roles.
- Strong experience in SaaS or technology contracting, commercial transactions, and compliance.
- Knowledge of corporate governance, employment law, and data privacy requirements.
- Prior exposure to M&A activities and private equity environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts for business partners.
- Proven ability to build scalable legal processes in a growing, fast-paced environment.
- High integrity, strong business judgment, and a pragmatic, solutions-first mindset.
- Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance best practices.
