The Oracle Analyst will provide ongoing business support for enhancements, issues, and data/configuration updates within the Oracle ERP tool. This includes maintaining and improving ERP process documentation, ensuring high-quality ERP deployment, and analyzing reoccurring issues to develop effective root cause solutions.
Requirements
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in financial system support, project management, and report writing
- Proven working knowledge of ERP and Reporting systems (preferably Oracle)
- Experience in writing business requirements, documenting UAT processes, configuring master data, and creating complex reports
- Ability to analyze reoccurring issues and identify root cause solutions
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to make proactive recommendations for system or process improvements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
