We're hiring a Freelance Senior Recruiter
We’ve got exciting work ahead and we’re looking for someone who’s great at connecting people — and doing it with purpose.
You’ll take the lead on full-cycle recruitment — from intake to offer. That means sourcing, screening, market mapping (when needed), keeping the ATS tidy, sharing feedback, and bringing insights to the table.
We also expect weekly check-ins with KPIs — simple, useful and action-oriented.
This is a 100% remote, project-based role. You’ll be part of a team that supports each other and genuinely enjoys working together.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes (intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer support)
- Use sourcing tools and your own network to find great people
- Keep the pipeline updated and transparent — always
- Share structured feedback with clients and the INHAUS team
- Bring ideas, ask questions, and help us all raise the bar
You might be a great fit if:
- You’re based in Poland
- You speak native Polish and advanced English
- You’ve run recruiting processes before and feel confident doing it end-to-end
- You know your way around an ATS (Teamtailor is a plus)
- You’re organized, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly
- You take initiative and care about doing meaningful work, not just following a checklist
- You enjoy collaborating, sharing and learning with others
