The consultant will analyze current state operations, design future state operations, and provide oversight in connection with implementation of enterprise applications.

- Monitoring implementation project risks, opportunities and issues
- Guiding mitigation of risks, realization of opportunities, and resolution of issues and conflicts
- Reviewing project progress, budget and status
- Providing independent project management oversight
- Analyzing current business processes
- Establishing requirements supporting “best practice” processes
- Developing procurement documentation
- Facilitating evaluation of enterprise software options
- Guiding the client in negotiating software and implementation vendor contracts
- Developing an implementation road map
