We are looking for a dynamic and creative Change Management Lead to connect with our like-minded team. As the Korea-based Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful launch and long-term integration of clients presence in Korea.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, HR, or People Enablement roles
- Strong understanding of Korean workplace culture, norms, and communication practices
- Fluent in Korean and English—written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage change in a matrixed, global organization
- Experience supporting onboarding programs or HR-related projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate across functions and cultures
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities
