Requirements
- Act as single point of contact for Edge opportunities
- Oversee Delivery bid response to coordinate with SAAS sales, Client partner and competency centre
- Tier 5 approver
- Recurring governance
- Support deal qualification with SAAS, GPS and Alliances
- Align delivery with Competency centre, off shore delivery with GDS, etc
- Support strategy development and relationship management with main partners
- Sponsor delivery projects and attend client project steering committees
- Support GPS PM (PM provided by Region) as per Governance principles
- Early detection of issues through internal project review and management of any escalations
- Ensure value is cocreated with the customer and create live customer references
- Oversight and direction for the Acumen delivery business’ strategic growth plan delivery
- Line management of the Acumen delivery team
