Location: Hybrid (Middle East-based - Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Saudi), with regional and occasional international travel

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit

You’re a strategic learning leader with:

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 6 years leading complex programmes and enterprise accounts.

• A proven record of growing revenue, driving profitability, and delivering operational excellence across large-scale learning initiatives.

• Strong relationship-building and consulting skills, with the confidence to advise and influence C-suite and senior stakeholders.

• Expertise in strategic account planning, P&L management, and cross-functional leadership across global teams and time zones.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities — using data-driven insights to guide smart decisions.

• A Bachelor’s degree (required); PMP / PgMP certification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
