The Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Executive Vice President of Entertainment Business Operations to lead our diverse Entertainment and Content Production ventures within the Infinite Reality branded house model. This

pivotal role includes overseeing:

• A cutting-edge 100,000 sq ft + Hollywood Studio
• An innovative influencer talent agency
• A dynamic media buying business
• The exhilarating Drone Racing League
• The development of a state-of-the-art Headquarters in Florida, featuring a premier production studio and outdoor sports arena/concert venue.

What You'll Do:

• Leadership Management and Empowerment
• Empower on the ground leadership of each functional unit to achieve KPIs and maximize on their potential
• Lead the creation of a robust reporting system to ensure the larger company is fully up to date on the diverse happenings you oversee
• Create cross functional workflows intra and extra Divisionaly to ensure realization of synergistic potential of larger Infinite Reality ecosystem

• Hollywood Studio Leadership:
• Oversee operations of our Hollywood Studio, including strategic planning of innovative new service offerings.
• Ensure the studio meets its creative and financial goals.
• Foster relationships with industry professionals and stakeholders.

• Influencer Talent Agency Oversight:
• Lead the integration of influencer based marketing into other iR business units and service offerings
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize the reach and impact of our influencer talent.
• Coordinate collaborations between influencers and brand partnerships.

• Media Buying Business Innovation:
• Propel the media buying company into the new era of advertising and audience network
• Direct media buying strategies to optimize advertising spend and achieve business objectives.
• Analyze reporting data to refine strategies and improve ROI.

• Drone Racing League Leadership:
• Oversee all aspects of the Drone Racing League, ensuring it remains a premier live sports league.
• Develop and implement strategies to monetize the league through broadcasting, sponsorships, and live events.

• EVP of Multi Media Operations and Audience Network
• Foster partnerships with advertisers and sponsors to enhance the league’s visibility and profitability.
• Innovate in content creation and fan engagement to grow the league’s audience.

• New Studio and Stadium Creation and Development:
• Lead the planning of a new studio and outdoor stadium as part of our Florida Headquarters
• Once operational, staff and train leadership team
• Set KPIs for the new units and empower on the ground leadership to achieve them

• Collaboration with Immersive Experience Program:
• Work closely with the Immersive Experience teams in leveraging our SaaS platform to integrate cutting-edge technologies and methodologies into our multi media ventures.
• Foster innovative approaches to content creation that enhance audience engagement.
• Ensure consistency and synergy across all media platforms and experiences within the company branded house.

• Familiarity with XR Stages, Advanced Production technologies, ESports amp; Drone Racing, and how bleeding edge technologies are disrupting content creation and distribution is a strong plus

• Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive creative strategies.

The base pay range for this position is $250,000 - $350,000. The base salary range is applicable across the United States and the offered rate may vary based on factors such as experience, education, market conditions, and location.
