Develop and maintain AEM + React components
Collaborate with the team to make the solution scalable and future-proof
Refactor and reduce technical debt
Coach and support other developers in the team
Analyze and resolve issues by digging into the root cause

3 – 5+ years in React (enterprise projects, reusable component libraries, testing), HTML, SCSS and JavaScript (ES6+)
3 –4+ years in Java
Proven experience collaborating in a team and coaching junior developers
Hands-on experience with release management using Git Flow (branching, tagging, hotfixes, release notes)
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across both frontend and backend, even in unfamiliar systems

Nice to Have:

TypeScript
Unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest)
Adobe Experience Manager knowledge
CI/CD pipelines, Maven
Basic understanding of Agile methodologies
