Paid Family and Medical Leave
Employees are eligible for 12 to 18 weeks of paid leave (up to $3,000 per week) for serious health conditions, birth or adoption of a child, or to care for a family member.
Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
Fully paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependent children, with partial coverage for partners and spouses. Coverage is through Regence (Medical) and Delta Dental.
Paid Time Off
Employees receive a combined paid time off (PTO) of 29 days per year, which includes vacation, sick leave, and personal days, in addition to five paid holidays and a year-end office closure from December 25 to January 1.
Retirement Plan
Employees receive an immediately vested 401(k) retirement contribution of 10 percent of earnings, subject to IRS limits. A 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan is available for certain employees with earnings over 401(k) limits.
