Key Responsibilities :
- Architectural Strategy & Design
- Design and document end-to-end technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Define data models and integration architectures using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Govern the use of declarative vs. programmatic solutions (Apex, LWC) to ensure platform health
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical blueprints.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
- Conduct technical code and configuration reviews to ensure alignment with best practices.
- Mentor developers and admins, fostering a culture of technical excellence and clean code.
- Contribute to the design of CI/CD pipelines tailored for Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce DX, Jenkins).
- Oversee environment management and deployment strategies across sandboxes and production.
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and optimize system performance.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Lead technical discussions during Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Work with Product Owners to refine user stories and provide accurate development estimates.
- Architect solutions that adhere to strict security standards (Shield, OWASP, GDPR).
- Manage complex Sharing Models and Field-Level Security to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience, with at least 2+ years in a Senior role.
- Expert proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Rest API.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, or Industry Clouds).
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns (Pub/Sub, CDC, Platform Events).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Salesforce DX, Git, Gearset) and modern CI/CD workflows.
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Git
- Bonus Skills: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application/System Architect certifications; experience with MuleSoft or Tableau.
