The Event Partnership Specialist supports the growth and success of EventBeacon by managing relationships with recruiting event operators and ensuring effective product adoption. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, helping to improve user experience, streamline support processes, and drive product enhancements.
Requirements
- Build, maintain, and execute strong relationships with event partners and stakeholders
- Drive implementation, onboarding, and engagement of EventBeacon with event operators and college coaches
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email and phone
- Troubleshoot customer issues using technical knowledge and creative problem-solving
- Escalate issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Design, and Customer Success teams
- Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product and process improvements
- Develop and optimize scalable support processes for EventBeacon
- Brainstorm and execute strategies to grow brand awareness and product adoption
- Represent the voice of the customer internally
