Join a growing partnership between Imagen Technologies and a leading multi-site healthcare system serving one of the largest patient populations on Long Island, NY. Together, we are expanding access to high-quality diagnostic imaging by combining an established clinical network with Imagen’s physician-led model, advanced technology, and fully supported remote infrastructure.

This opportunity is designed for radiologists across multiple subspecialties, including Neuro, MSK, Body Imaging, Pediatrics, and General Radiology, who are seeking the flexibility of remote work without sacrificing clinical depth. You’ll interpret a diverse mix of studies aligned to your training and preferences, with the ability to maintain subspecialty focus while contributing to broader diagnostic coverage as desired.

Imagen’s platform is built to enhance efficiency and accuracy, with AI tools integrated directly into the workflow and 24/7 IT and operational support to ensure a seamless reading experience. You’ll work from a consistent, high-quality worklist and be part of a collaborative, physician-led environment that prioritizes quality, flexibility, and long-term clinical impact.

About the Position:

  • Full-time, remote position supporting a large, multi-site health system
  • Hours: 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, or 11pm - 7am EST
  • Scheduling Options:
    • Monday-Friday + 1 weekend a month
    • 7 on / 7 off
    • 7 on / 14 off
  • Competitive compensation, full benefits, and malpractice insurance
  • Up to $100,000 in sign-on and retention bonuses

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interpret a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and X-ray, across multiple subspecialties based on your expertise
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across a large health system
  • Maintain productivity while upholding high standards of quality and consistency
  • Participate in quality assurance and contribute to a physician-led culture

Qualifications:

  • American Board of Radiology or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology Board Certified
  • Fellowship training preferred but not required (Neuro, MSK, Body, Pediatrics, or other subspecialties)
  • Strong interest in technology-enabled workflows and efficiency tools

The salary range for this role is $350,000 - $800,000. Please note that the salary is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as productivity, qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
