In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued veterinary customers, providing expert support for our in-clinic diagnostic solutions, including the IDEXX VetLab suite and rapid assay devices. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, respond to product inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
Provide technical support to veterinary clinics using IDEXX diagnostic products.
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues with professionalism and care.
Respond to customer queries with clarity and empathy.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.
Participate in a rotating roster that includes occasional Saturdays and after-hours support.
What We’re Looking For:
A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Previous experience in a customer contact or support environment.
A strong aptitude for learning and communicating technical information.
Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
Excellent problem-solving, time management, and prioritisation skills.
Familiarity with veterinary clinic operations or technical equipment support is a plus (comprehensive training provided
