Requirements
- Experience in veterinary clinics
- Training and/or strong presentation skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, management, and colleagues
- Ability to build strong collaboration relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to plan and prioritize work, create and share planning with other sales positions in the organization, and take quality and timely decisions
- Effective listening ability to discover client needs and adapt approach and behavior to different situations
- Technical knowledge, including experience with computer networks and ability to learn and use technology such as computers, tablets, and smartphones
- Ability to work in a team in a highly collaborative sales environment
- Compliance with field sales position requirements, including car trips, exits, and occasional weekend interventions
