Employees can defer up to 75% of eligible compensation into a 401(k) plan and are eligible to participate from the first full pay period after their hire date. Hyundai provides a competitive matching structure.

Comprehensive Medical Plan

Hyundai offers all regular full-time employees a comprehensive medical plan with a choice of PPO medical plans. The company pays a significant portion of the premiums for employees and their eligible dependents.

Learning and Development Budget

Regular, full-time employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement after one year of service, up to a maximum of $5,250 for each calendar year. We also offer various training programs and opportunities for growth.
