As a Senior Solutions Architect, you’ll shape how insurers understand our platform and what it can do for their business, working closely with Sales and Product Engineering to drive revenue outcomes and product direction.
Requirements
- Led technical solution design and integration for complex B2B or enterprise software deals, ideally in data-heavy domains
- Run end-to-end technical evaluations with multiple stakeholder groups, successfully navigating RFP/RFI processes, due diligence, and technical Q&A to a clear “tech win”
- Designed and documented solution architectures within known patterns (e.g. APIs, event-driven integrations, identity and access management), clearly articulating assumptions, risks, and trade-offs
- Strong cloud and distributed systems expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP), including serverless, containers, APIs, and integrations, with hands-on coding ability in Python or similar to prototype, debug, and validate solutions
- Built and delivered tailored Proofs of Concept or Proof of Value that directly contributed to winning or expanding high-value accounts, ideally with measurable commercial impact
- Collaborated closely with Sales teams, using structured sales methodologies to align technical work with deal strategy, timing, and stakeholder influence
- Contributed to shared technical assets and standards – such as playbooks, reference diagrams, or demo environments – and used structured learning habits (enablement, shadowing, self-study) to quickly ramp up on new products or domains
