The role will lead a team of Business Development Managers responsible for creating new demand, winning share, and converting high-potential opportunities into revenue for Hyatt branded hotels.
Requirements
- Significant business development, sales, or commercial leadership experience
- Experience leading remote or distributed teams
- Ability to partner effectively with hotel leadership, regional leadership, analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in hospitality industry or hotel experience beneficial
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field
