Overview

As the Director of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for developing and executing a fully integrated demand generation strategy that drives qualified pipeline, accelerates revenue, and maximizes marketing’s contribution to ARR growth. You will oversee demand generation, campaign strategy, and content marketing while partnering closely with prospect and SDR teams to ensure seamless execution from top-of-funnel engagement to revenue conversion.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Own revenue-focused demand generation – develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies that directly impact prospect and customer growth, focusing on pipeline creation, acceleration, and conversion.
  • Pipeline ownership – partner with marketing ops, rev ops, and finance to forecast, track, and report on marketing-sourced pipeline, ensuring marketing consistently delivers on revenue contribution goals.
  • Campaign and channel optimization – design and optimize integrated campaigns across digital, events, content, ABM, and partner channels to maximize ROI. This position owns multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, paid media, email, SEO/SEM, GEO and social media.
  • Partner closely with sales, product, and customer success to ensure a unified go-to-market approach, consistent messaging, and effective lead to revenue processes.
  • Lead content strategy that drives demand, builds category leadership and supports the buying journey.
  • Own the website end-to-end including performance analytics, content strategy, and conversion optimization to fuel demand and acquisition.
  • Partner closely with AEs and SDRs to drive accountability, process discipline, and performance to ensure consistent delivery of qualified opportunities that convert to revenue.
  • Closely align with marketing operations and analytics, ensuring accurate attribution, lead scoring, campaign measurement and continuous optimization based on performance data.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a high performing team while building a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years of managing B2B SaaS demand generation with direct pipeline accountability and a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • In-depth experience and knowledge of inbound and outbound channels (digital, web, content, email, ABM, events) with experience leveraging intent data and AI/GEO strategies to accelerate results.
  • Cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management: Proven ability to work with various cross-functional stakeholders to develop integrated programs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Team Leadership: 5+ years building, inspiring, and leading high-performing teams in a fast-growing tech company with global pipeline accountability.
  • Data & Analytics: Advanced proficiency in pipeline attribution, conversion analysis, and ROI optimization using SFDC, Hubspot, Wordpress, or other marketing automation platforms
  • Systems & Process: Experience implementing scalable marketing operations, lead management systems, and cross-functional workflows
  • Exceptional organizational and written/verbal communication skills including a strong executive presence with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

HR Acuity is located in Florham Park, NJ. This role can be remote W/F/H. Ability to come to the office for department/company collaboration based upon business needs

Compensation: The pay range for this position is expected to be between $180,000.00 to $196,000 ...however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the company may offer from time to time.
