Bottom Line Up Front: Hoplite Group is seeking an Instructional Systems Design (ISDs) Subject matter expert (SME) to support the development of three Foreign Military Sales (FMS) courses. This three-month effort will provide full-time support to develop curriculum content that leverages human-centric design methodologies and meets adult learning requirements in an international environment.
Location: Remote support
Level of Effort: Estimate 160 hours a month for three months (1 October – 31 December)
Availability: Immediate
Objective: To provide instructional design support for the creation of three FMS-focused courses. Perform learning analysis, develop course materials, create evaluation plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure course content meets international adult learner requirements and program objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working as an instructional designer performing learning analysis and course design.
- Recent, relevant demonstrable experience utilizing a human-centric design learning model for adult learners in an international environment.
- Recent, relevant demonstrable experience developing and utilizing course evaluation plans and tools.
- Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships in an international, team-based government, military, or professional services environment.
- Master’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Education, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field.
- U.S. Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance Required.
