Senior Product Management Manager, Loans & Deposits (Banking)

A fast-growing local Chinese Bank with strong presence across Hong Kong, China & overseas is looking for a high-calibre Product Management Manager to be responsible for the full product development cycle of Deposit & Loan products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team of Product Management & Development and revamp of bank-wide deposit & Loan products

• Monitor and analyze the data and trend of products and services in order to enhance and optimize the product image and to maximize product profitability

• Analyze and optimize the products workflow and system enhancement on deposits and loans for improving customer experience and reducing operational risk

• Integrate the market analysis and business forecast, generate ideas on product features development and recommend appropriate pricing strategy

• Coordinate with relevant departments/units to perform the deposit & loan products optimization

• Conduct market competition analysis of deposit & loan products and prepare proposals for new products / product revamp

• Review and report business status, effectiveness of the marketing campaigns and business plans periodically

• Coordinating, formulate, manage and execute tasks of system related projects for deposits/loans and other banking services, including system requirement, acceptance test, data migration and implementation plan formulation

Requirements:

Degree holder with major in Finance, Marketing or related discipline

At least 5 years of hand-on product development experience in banking industry (candidates without product management experience on deposits & loans in banking industry will not be considered)

Independent, ability to work under pressure and sensitive to market changes with a proactive approach to drive business growth

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

Fluent spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager Level
