Requirements
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients’ homes
- Support with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, mobility, light household duties and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and build positive, trusting relationships
- Assist with medication prompts and general wellbeing monitoring
- Accompanying your client to appointments, or a visit to the shops
- Record and report care activities accurately
- Promote independence, respect, and choice in every interaction
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and social engagement within the community
