We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Gynaecological Surgical Solutions business area. You will develop and execute sales, marketing, and clinical training strategies to support operating objectives within the assigned territory. You will be responsible for developing relationships with physicians and healthcare facilities, driving sales success, and maintaining a high level of customer relationship management.
Requirements
- Strong level of Account Management experience in a Medical Technology setting
- Experience of selling consumable products and ideally also experience in selling capital equipment
- Experience in selling innovative technology, and introducing new products to the german healthcare market
- Proven track record of achieving above and beyond sales targets consistently
- Able to excel within a results-oriented environment where revenue growth and profitability are emphasized
- Proven experience with and understanding of the local healthcare system
- Capable of driving change management initiative and introducing new strategies and tactics through effective and collegial means
- Demonstrated success with maintaining existing customer contracts and establishing new business opportunities that measurably increase market share and growth
- Willingness to travel within the territory 70-80%
