United States onlyHolman is a family-owned, global automotive services organization that is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Engineer II to help launch and shape the way they do QA. The successful candidate will work closely with developers, product managers, and analysts to ensure their applications meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and usability.
Requirements
- Participate in requirements gathering, test strategy, and planning sessions.
- Understand and interpret user stories and write test scenarios using Gherkin syntax; knowledge of Cucumber is a plus.
- Develop and execute automated tests; review and analyze automation results.
- Conduct manual testing based on defined scenarios where automation is unavailable
- Record, document, and maintain detailed test cases and test results.
- Ensure that product changes meet specifications and customer expectations.
- Proactively communicate testing progress, issues, and outcomes to the team, ensuring transparency and shared understanding across all stakeholders.
- Suggest and implement quality improvements throughout the development lifecycle.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products or projects.
- QA data pipelines and analytics dashboards to ensure accuracy and integrity of visualized metrics.
