The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads work activities, initiatives, and projects in identity and access management including identity federation, automation, authorizations, privileged account management, multi-factor authentication, user and device certificates, and other related services.

  • Establishes automated linkages between human identity attribute sources (ie: HRIM) and the identity platforms.

  • Promotes, educates, and advances identity related services within IT and business organizations including the use of SSO, JIT, SCIM, etc. in support of overall objectives.

  • Relentless focus on improving the user experience while reducing overall enterprise risk and manual provisioning efforts

  • Ensures solutions meet performance and availability requirements and develops production monitoring capabilities to ensure services are performing as designed.

  • Defines improvements that increase system reliability and performance.

  • Recommends & implements changes/enhancements for improved systems availability, reliability, and performance.

  • Identifies ways improve team or technology by enhancing or automating processes.

  • Ensures adherence to security requirements. Makes recommendations to improve security and participates in investigations as needed.

  • Ensures compliance and contributes to policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Provides Level 3 production support and assists with advanced troubleshooting and problem management.

  • Advise management on best practices, trends, and opportunities to improve IAM capabilities

  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

  • Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus

  • Substantial experience and deep knowledge of SSO using SAML / OAuth / WSFed

  • Experience establishing and leveraging trusts between identity providers

  • Strong experience with identities in cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, Azure AD, MS AD, and O365.

  • Deep knowledge and technical leadership in establishing and automating provisioning and de-provisioning workflows from HRIM into directory platforms and applications

  • Substantial experience JIT and SCIM

  • MFA technologies including risk-based MFA

  • Active Directory, Azure Active Directory / EntraID, and Office 365

  • Strong scripting and PowerShell skills with experience in automation leveraging APIs.

  • Breadth and depth of expertise in a IAM / security operations and other related information technology areas such as infrastructure and cloud technologies

Relevant Work Experience:

  • Okta experience preferred

  • 6 + years in information technology and/or information security

  • 3 + years implementing and supporting complex federated identity and access management solutions

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $81,210.00 - $117,760.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
