HITRUST is seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to work within an Agile team to design and develop .NET/MVC web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT operations background and exceptional abilities to coordinate with teams across the enterprise and collaborate with stakeholders including engineering and development teams to maximize productivity. This position will be Hybrid (if located in DFW), or Remote (if located outside of DFW) with required quarterly travel.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Produce, maintain, and modify .NET Framework Applications
- Build applications and tools that enhance user experience
- Participate in and conduct code reviews to ensure the applications meet business requirements
- Collaborate and work effectively with backend developers to design the best possible solution
- Performs complex tests of applications; identify and troubleshoot issues to meet quality requirements
- Participate in the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance
- Coach and mentor junior Frontend Developers
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ Years of .NET Framework with a focus on MVC or other web technologies.
- 8+ Years of SQL Server experience including design
- Strong knowledge and experience with major cloud technologies (i.e. Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience using GIT for source control management
- Experience with Agile practices
- Experience with testing Frameworks and practices
- Experience with release management
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of .NET framework with a focus on MVC or other web technologies.
- 10+ Years of SQL Server experience including design
- Knowledge and experience of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience with graphic design and designing systems from beginning to end
