We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive outbound efforts for a growing creative agency. Your job is to research prospects, craft thoughtful outreach, and book meetings for senior sales leads—primarily through email and LinkedIn.
This is a writing-first, research-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives on personalized messaging, prospect discovery, and booking high-quality meetings. You’ll also join sales calls for context (not to lead them), with potential to evolve into phone outreach over time.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
🔍 Research & Lead Generation
- Identify high-potential companies and decision-makers within the creative, real estate, architecture, or finance industries
- Conduct deep research on each target to ensure highly tailored messaging
✉️ Email & LinkedIn Outreach
- Write and send personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages
- Sequence follow-ups, monitor replies, and manage inboxes as needed
- Book meetings for senior team members and ensure smooth hand-off
🗓️ Meeting Support & Coordination
- Join select sales calls to gain context and support documentation
- Help track opportunities and insights in the company’s CRM/sequences (TBD)
📈 Optimization & Reporting
- Keep prospect data organized and updated
- Share learnings from message performance to improve open and reply rates
- Suggest creative tweaks to campaigns and help test new angles
✅ Who You Are
- 2+ years experience in a sales development, lead gen, or outbound prospecting role
- Proven writing ability—you can craft clear, human-sounding cold outreach
- Strong research instincts and ability to find intel on companies and individuals
- CRM familiarity and organized approach to tracking comms (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)
- Curious, coachable, and proactive in spotting new opportunities
- 🎯 Bonus: Open to doing light phone outreach or cold calling in the future
