We are looking for a proactive and reliable Sales Representative / Appointment Setter who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, conducting light qualification, and booking appointments. This role requires strong communication skills, prompt responsiveness, and the ability to manage follow-ups consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call, email, and follow up with all inbound and outbound leads in a timely manner.
- Ensure fast response times for new inquiries and leads entering the pipeline.
- Conduct warm follow-ups with existing leads stored in the CRM.
- Perform daily email and call outreach to maintain lead engagement.
- Complete light qualification to ensure only quality prospects are scheduled.
- Book qualified meetings directly into the client’s calendar.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with potential customers.
- Collaborate with the client regarding lead feedback and appointment outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Comfortable making calls and speaking directly with potential clients.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and communication channels efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Experience working with a marketing agency is a plus but not required.
