We’re looking for an Internal SEO Content Writer and Link Builder who can research, write, and optimize content while running systematic link-building campaigns that drive measurable organic growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands SEO fundamentals, can produce clear and well-structured content, and knows how to build authority through ethical outreach and backlink acquisition.
You’ll handle a blend of SEO content creation, on-page optimization, link building, and tracking — helping strengthen domain authority and drive high-intent traffic that supports our internal growth initiatives.

What You’ll Work On
SEO Content Writing
- Research and write SEO-optimized articles, landing pages, and web copy
- Implement keyword strategy, semantic optimization, and on-page best practices
- Create content briefs and outlines that follow search intent and ranking goals
- Refresh and improve underperforming content to increase visibility
Link Building and Outreach
- Run ongoing outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality, white-hat backlinks
- Identify link opportunities through competitor research, HARO-style outreach, and niche site targeting
- Maintain link tracking systems and document wins, opportunities, and performance
- Build relationships with blog owners, publishers, and relevant communities
SEO Research and Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and clustering to guide content production
- Monitor rankings and page performance to identify improvement areas
- Optimize metadata, headers, internal links, and content structure
- Support technical SEO tasks when needed (indexing checks, audits, broken link cleanup)
Process Building and Reporting
- Maintain organized SEO calendars, outreach logs, and publishing pipelines
- Track KPIs such as backlinks earned, rankings, and traffic improvements
- Document repeatable SEO systems that scale with the team
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align SEO content with broader goals
What You Bring
- 2 to 4 years of SEO content writing and link-building experience
- Strong research and writing skills with a clean, structured content style
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page optimization, search intent, backlink strategy
- Comfortable running outreach campaigns and managing link acquisition
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer, or similar
- Highly organized and consistent with documentation and follow-through
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in competitive industries or B2B SEO
- Familiarity with AI writing tools while knowing when and how to refine outputs
- Understanding of technical SEO basics and site performance signals
- Ability to create briefs, content calendars, and SEO frameworks
