We’re looking for an AI Implementation Specialist and Engineer who can help build, deploy, and maintain AI-driven tools that power internal operations across hiring, sourcing, automation, and client workflows. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to translate business problems into AI-first solutions using LLMs, automation platforms, vector databases, and custom scripts.
You’ll work closely with leadership to identify operational bottlenecks, design AI-powered systems, and ship internal tools that make our team faster, more accurate, and scalable.

What You’ll Work On
AI Automation and Workflow Engineering
- Build and maintain AI-driven workflows using tools like Make, Zapier, LangChain, or custom scripts
- Create agents and automated systems to streamline sourcing, screening, client reporting, and operational tasks
- Integrate LLMs with internal databases, third-party APIs, and CRM systems
- Convert manual processes into scalable, automated workflows
Internal Tool Development
- Develop lightweight internal tools to support recruiting, operations, and analytics
- Use Python, JavaScript, or no-code tools to build dashboards, data pipelines, and automations
- Implement vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems when needed
- Maintain version control, documentation, and deployment best practices
Technical Discovery and Implementation
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into technical workflows
- Prototype, test, and iterate on AI solutions until output is reliable and production ready
- Evaluate new AI tools, APIs, and frameworks that could improve internal efficiency
- Monitor performance, accuracy, and stability of deployed AI systems
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with recruiting teams to refine AI-powered sourcing and candidate evaluation
- Support leadership with data insights and automation ideas
- Document workflows, create internal training materials, and ensure systems remain maintainable
- Provide light troubleshooting and tech support for AI tools used by the team
What You Bring
- 3 to 5 years of experience in AI automation, software engineering, or technical implementation
- Hands-on experience building workflows with Make, Zapier, or custom automation scripts
- Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, RAG systems, and agent-style architectures
- Ability to build prototypes quickly while still maintaining reliability and clarity
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently with minimal direction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration
Nice to Have
- Experience building internal tools for recruiting, HR, or operations
- Knowledge of LangChain, OpenAI APIs, vector databases, and retrieval systems
- Familiarity with Python-based automation stacks
- Prior exposure to early-stage startups or process-heavy remote teams
