We’re looking for an Internal Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can drive outbound pipeline for Hire Overseas by booking qualified sales calls, managing targeted outreach, and maintaining a consistent prospecting engine. This role is ideal for someone who communicates exceptionally well, thinks strategically about outreach, and thrives in a structured, metrics-driven environment.
You’ll handle outbound messaging, list building, early prospect qualification, and follow-ups — ensuring our sales pipeline stays active and healthy. You will also take live sales calls, so confidence, clarity, and strong verbal communication are non-negotiable.

What You’ll Work On
Outbound Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Run targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Build prospect lists based on ICPs and evolve targeting with leadership
- Personalize outreach sequences to maximize conversions
- Identify qualified prospects and book meetings for the sales team
Live Sales Calls and Early Qualification
- Conduct intro calls to understand prospect needs and assess initial fit
- Communicate Hire Overseas’ value clearly and confidently
- Gather context to prepare prospects for their deeper discovery call
- Handle objections with professionalism and strong reasoning
Pipeline Management and Follow-ups
- Maintain clean, organized records inside the CRM
- Keep prospects engaged through consistent follow-ups
- Recycle unresponsive leads with structured nurture sequences
- Ensure all activity is logged accurately and on time
Reporting and Optimization
- Report weekly on outreach volume, reply rates, meetings booked, and pipeline impact
- Track messaging performance and suggest improvements
- Share insights into pain points, objections, and lead quality trends
Process Improvement and Experimentation
- Test new outreach frameworks, channels, and hooks
- Suggest tools or automations to increase speed and accuracy
- Support development of outbound playbooks and scalable systems
What You Bring
- 2 to 4 years of SDR, BDR, inside sales, or lead-generation experience
- Strong verbal communication — confident, articulate, and persuasive
- Excellent written messaging skills
- Experience handling live sales calls or discovery calls
- Comfort navigating CRMs and structured outbound workflows
- Highly organized and metrics-driven with consistent follow-through
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Ability to adapt quickly and adjust messaging based on feedback
Nice to Have
- Experience selling services or SaaS to U.S. companies
- Familiarity with outbound tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, Clay, or Waalaxy
- Understanding of talent acquisition, staffing, or global hiring
- Experience building outbound sequences or sales scripts
