🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your skill set, you’ll focus on one (or both) of the following areas:
💻 Full Stack Engineering
- Build and maintain web applications across the stack
- Work with tools like JavaScript, React, Node.js, Next.js, or Python
- Design APIs, databases, and infrastructure that scale
- Integrate front-end designs with backend functionality
- Collaborate on technical architecture and deployment workflows
🎨 Webflow Development & Design
- Create beautiful, responsive websites in Webflow
- Translate Figma or brand guidelines into custom CMS-powered builds
- Optimize for performance, responsiveness, and UX
- Implement clean animations, interactions, and visual systems
- Maintain consistency across landing pages, blogs, and product sites
✅ Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in full stack development and/or Webflow design
- Comfortable owning your work end-to-end, from idea to implementation
- Fluent in modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) or design systems
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate in remote teams
- Bonus: Experience with SEO, performance optimization, or design systems
