We’re looking for a detail-oriented Web Developer with strong experience in Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion event setup to support our fast-growing marketing platform. You’ll play a key role in auditing client websites, implementing tracking pixels and tags, and ensuring correct instrumentation across CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify.
This role is perfect for someone who understands both marketing and technical needs, and who can quickly spot what’s missing, add what’s needed, and QA to ensure everything is firing as expected.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
🔍 Audit & Setup
- Audit client sites to check for existing GTM / Meta Pixel implementations and identify missing or incorrect tags
- Validate whether implementations can be done via plugins or need custom code injection (especially on WordPress and Shopify)
- Ensure proper access and permissions are available to perform instrumentation
💻 Pixel & Tag Implementation
- Install Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager scripts across different website platforms
- Add standard conversion events for eCommerce (purchase, add to cart, checkout) and lead gen (form submissions, button clicks)
- Set up custom tags and triggers to track performance KPIs
🧪 QA & Verification
- Verify correct data collection using tools like Facebook Pixel Helper, Tag Assistant, and GA4 debug tools
- Monitor for tracking breaks and proactively troubleshoot any issues post-installation
⚙️ Cross-Platform Coordination
- Coordinate with the internal SEO and paid ads teams to align tracking setups with campaign goals
- Assist in tracking and tagging recommendations for new campaigns or platform changes
✅ Who You Are
- Proven experience with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools
- Comfortable working across CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.
- Familiar with browser dev tools, tag debuggers, and plugin setups
- Strong attention to detail and QA mindset for validating event setups
- Able to work independently and manage technical setups across multiple sites
- Bonus: Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, or other analytics dashboards
