The specialist will manage cases end-to-end, fulfilling special requirements and requests, and collaborate with others to resolve service issues and deliverables.
Requirements
- Four (4) years in steady job experience in a consultative customer service-oriented and sales role
- Two (2) year of Customer Service experience meeting specific metrics/goals in a performance-driven role
- Six (6) months of experience within HRCC as a Guest Engagement Specialist (GES)
- Schedule flexibility inclusive of nights, weekends and some holidays
