Guest Experience Coordinator role involves ensuring guests have an amazing stay by being the primary point of contact for pre-stay, in-stay, and post-stay journey, troubleshooting issues, and resolving home breakdowns and home issues.
Requirements
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills and proficiency in other languages
- Sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Hospitality experience (preferred - ideally in hotel and F&B, or retail)
