India onlyHighLevel is seeking a Staff Engineer - Funnels to lead the technical direction of the platform, solve complex distributed system problems, and mentor 10+ engineers. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of full stack engineering experience with deep knowledge across frontend, backend, and cloud.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full stack engineering experience
- Deep knowledge across frontend, backend, and cloud
- Expert-level knowledge of Vue, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and component-driven architectures
- Advanced experience with NestJS, Express, and building scalable backend services
- Strong understanding of SQL databases and NoSQL systems (MongoDB, Firestore)
- Hands-on experience with ElasticSearch for indexing, search, and analytics
- Deep familiarity with Nginx, proxies, load balancers, caching headers, and HTTP performance tuning
- Strong experience with GCP (Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, Firestore, CloudSQL, etc.)
- Knowledge of CDN strategies across Cloudflare & GCP (caching, edge rules, performance optimization)
- Operational & Architectural Excellence
- Exceptional communication and cross-team influence
- Ability to lead engineering initiatives across multiple squads
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach to problem solving and decision making
